Born to the rather large Weasley family in March of 1980 in Ottery St. Catchpole in England, Ron was the sixth of the Weasley children. His elder brothers were Charlie, Bill, Percy, Fred, and George. He has a younger sister named Ginny. Ron was usually the one who got the hand-me-downs from his siblings as his family, as large as it was, couldn't afford new stuff all the time. He often grew up dealing with pranks from his older brothers Fred and George, who at the age of five almost got Ron to make an Unbreakable Vow, leading their father to punish the twins severely. They also once turned his teddy bear into a giant spider, sparking Ron's arachnophobia.
At Hogwarts, Ron met and befriended Harry Potter and Hermione Granger, often going on crazy adventures to fight against Voldemort. The trio usually managed to do this despite the threat of punishment if caught or failure. Ron was usually the most level-headed in this situations, but he often went through moments were he was definitely opposed to what was decided. On example, from second year, was when he and Harry followed some spiders into the Forbidden Forest, though he was very reluctant to do so. Another time was more of the effect of a horcrux the trio were carrying around than his own real concerns as the horcrux's power led Ron to argue with his friends, leaving the horcrux with them, and leaving. He later returned, smashing the horcrux at Harry's insistence.
After leaving Hogwarts, Ron joined Harry as an Auror, working to revolutionize the Auror department. Ron also married Hermione, whom he had been dating since during the Battle of Hogwarts. The two had two children, Rose and Hugo, both of whom attend Hogwarts. Ron meanwhile continues to work alongside Harry, ready for whatever trouble may come their way.
