Charlotte is one of the youngest children of Fenrir Greyback and the oldest child of her mother,Belle Carson. she was born on July 3rd. her mother named her after her great grandmother Charlotte but she was called by her nickname charlie or char a lot. she was a only child for a lot of her childhood. Being a child of Fenrir Greyback meant she was a werewolf. being a werewolf was hard on both Charlotte and her mother. she generally kept to herself growing up. A habit that she kept with her as she grew older. she's always does what she can to prepare for the full moon well ahead of time.
Her mother worked in a small shop for a while, before starting her own book shop when she noticed there were not book shops close by. This is where Charlotte got her love of books. her mother got her to love learning early by making learning very fun for Her. Education is very important to her mother and is now important to her too.
apparently dated a bit but nothing worked out until her mother met her stepfather john. She has three younger step siblings. her steps brothers weren't coping well with all the changes. they seem to think that char's mom is trying to take the place of their real mom,which she isn't. this causes some tension between Charlotte and the brothers, which has led to some fights. this fights cause some tension between Charlotte and her stepfather. she is only close to the youngest,Marie. she wasn't really close to her other siblings, mainly because of the tension. her childhood was pretty uneventful in her opinion . nothing much happened until john came around. she was never really close to her father,fenrir, until she started Hogwarts, where she was sorted into Slytherin. She wasn't really close to John,her stepfather, either. she started with letters to her father.
During her third year, she met her best friend. He may be part of the 'bad crowd' but they just clicked somehow and for some reason. They met in one of her least favorite classes. They didn't hang out much outside of class until much later in that very same year.
She met her father in person a lot starting her fourth year. even after getting closer to him, she didn't like being compared to him. which happened more than she would like it to. She wanted to be seen as just Charlotte not one of Fenrir Greybacks many kids. though she was proud to be in the family that she was. it was in her fourth year that she started to question if she liked guys. It started when she developed a crush on another girl in one of her classes. she mostly tried to not think about that crush or the confusion it caused in her. She eventually made herself face it with a little help from one of her best friends. she decided that she still wasn't completely sure but she knew that she wasn't that interested in guys romantically.
Her fifth and sixth years passed without much happening in her opinion or much that that she likes to think about. she did date a bit, but not much.
