Born early in the morning Feb, 1ST 1970 in the heart of Ireland, Cassandra Burton O’Neil became the only child to her parents Seth and Jane O’Neil. Jane her mother was a witch who worked in St. Mungos while her father was a muggle history teacher. The family was never poor but never fully rich, and decided to live in a magical community despite Seth’s attempts to have her Cassandra grow up as a normal child. It was around the age of 9, a very late age when some magic was finally witnessed by her parents. Her mother was overjoyed while her father was not thrilled but accepted it, pledging to support his only child, in every way possible. When came to Hogwarts she was sorted into Ravenclaw House, while her mother had been a Hufflepuff Alumni. She had only gotten to learn some basics of herbology and potions from her mother but she did not fare well in her classes for the first three years of Hogwarts. Finally, around her fourth year her mother passed away from natural causes, which hurt her and her dad. After the death of her mother, her dad pushed for her to study her classes outside of school and on breaks, he threw himself in and embraced the magical world for his daughter and to achieve his promise to his late wife. Cassandra had taken an interest in History like her dad, particularly History of Magic achieving top grades in the class and finally achieving good grades in other classes. Transfiguration and Herbology also become favorites of hers while she remained fearful of potions, DADA, and even sometimes Charms.

In 1987 Cassandra graduated Hogwarts and immediately left to travel the world with a young man she had grown close to at Hogwarts, his name was Ewald Arik Waters. Telling her friends “he’s going places, with him I am promised a lifestyle of power, and ability to help others in ways never before”. They traveled the world visiting France, Italy, Japan, America, Poland, and finally after three years she settled down in England with him and married Ewald at the age of 20. Her father approved of the marriage impressed with the way Ewald “carried himself” and knowing he would take care of his daughter. Cassandra got job at Flourish and Bolts while studying more and more into the field of History of Magic, in her free time she would read books at the bookstore, eventually reading all of them. During the time of the second war her husband a trained Occulmecy, and Legitimacy taught her more curses, and better dueling techniques. During her pervious travels she had studied basics of wandless magic and non-verbal magic, but started practicing it more and got help from a colleague of her husbands who was skilled in those branches of magic. She stayed working at the store until 1997, when Voldemort took over the Ministry, her husband was an Auror at the time and member of the Order, and she went into hiding with her husband Ewald until, Battle of Hogwarts where she fought along with her husband.

In 2002 she was finally hired as the History of Magic Professor at Hogwarts School Witchcraft and Wizardry, at the age of 32. In 2006 she gave birth to a son, which they named Amory. They decided Amory would be their only child as Cassandra wanted to focus on her career as well as her husband who wanted to move up the ranks in the Auror office and eventually to Minister one day. In 2019 she was named Deputy Headmistress of Hogwarts, a positon that truly bumped her and her husband up in the social scene as they saw. Cassandra loved teaching the subject of HOM, focusing greatly on the Battle of Hogwarts and how she lived through it and fought in it. She also made to build a relationship with her students trying to engage them and not make the subject boring, and also make sure she was never seen as “The rude Professor”. During the summer of 2023 it was announced that Cassandra Waters, was named as Headmistress of Hogwarts a positon she had been actively lobbying for since for the last year and half. Since her announcement she has focused on making she excels in leading the school, and not embarrass her husband and ruin any political motivations he has. With news that Liam Ollivander is missing she has decided to stand with the Order once again and her with husband if the worst is to come and the Order is re-formed. Until then, her entire time and power is devoted to Hogwarts and her Husband.
