Question!

Hello I've been looking around and had a couple questions, thought this be the perfect place to post them

- Is their an open position for Head of Magical Law Enforcement Department and is it, canon or can be OC?

- The Headmaster position of Hogwarts, is that possible to be an OC or does it need to be canon, and is it still open?

-Could I have two characters?  I can make a post with the first before making the second.

 I think that's about it honestly.
