Cole Theodore Nott takes after his father in more ways than one. Besides being given his name as his middle name, Cole also got his father’s hair color and basic bone structure. Being built broad and tall, Cole always expected to play professional Quidditch for a living. And while that was still a big part of his dream, he knew it wasn’t all that realistic and he would probably end up working for the Ministry like his father. From a young age, Cole had been taught that hard work always paid off, and that he could be whatever he wanted to be, on a realistic line.

Having the perfect beaters build, Cole took advantage and played that position on the Slytherin house team sense he was in his third year at Hogwarts. Despite putting a lot of effort into Quidditch, Cole also spent a lot of time on his studies and managed to bring home the top number of OWLs after his exams his 5th year. Cole could often be found reading in the library or out in the lawns if it was a nice day. He wasn’t a suck-up by any means, but he did believe in being respectful to his professors, and if having good manners got him farther, then so be it. Cole was raised to be respectful and to be a decent member of society. He knew a few things that he was sure he’d live his entire life without needing to know –things his father had taught him and his sister when they were young.
[break][break]
Cole’s manners weren’t wasted on teachers. He always believed in treating ladies right. He was a perfect gentleman, much like his father and tried not to get into any type of a romantic relationship unless he was willing to show her to his parents. He was sure they had the perfect girl in their heads for their eldest heir; he wanted to eventually marry someone that would make them proud. A lot of things Cole did was to make his parents proud. He knew they both fought hard to keep themselves and their children out of the war and to be different than he had heard their grandparents had been. Cole didn’t much care for violence either. He could hold his own in a fight or a duel, and he would do anything to protect his sister if someone threatened her. But mostly, Cole was content drinking coffee (his only vise) and playing Quidditch.

More recently, Cole graduated Hogwarts school with above average marks is currently unemployed while he decides what he wants to do with his life and whether or not the Ministry is truly a good place for him.
