your lungs scream for air as bright lights overhead blind you temporarily. Voices can be heard. You test out your arms and legs before opening your mouth to cry. A voice breaks out above your cry claiming its a boy. What is a boy you wonder as you are handed to a nurse whom cleans and wraps you up in a soft blanket before passing you over to a woman in a bed, a man standing beside her. You recognize the woman's voice. These are your parents. They claim you have an older brother and he's been waiting to meet you. Brother? Who or what was a brother? You found out soon enough when you were introduced so someone only a few years older than you and soon you would become an older brother yourself.

you grew up learning about magic in myths and legends. You enjoyed watching supernatural shows on the tv and imagined that sort of thing was real. You delved into books, pretending to be the main character whom fought with magic. You made up stories and games based on the supernatural. Heck you even loved dressing up as vampires and werewolves every halloween. You were smitten with the supernatural world so when your brother had been informed he was a wizard whom was accepted at hogwarts, you got jealous. You had wished it was you whom was chosen. You badly wanted it to be. The day your brother was to go to hogwarts you refused to go, throwing a tantrum before running to your room. You slammed the door shut just as your father came after you. The door did not budge no matter how hard your father pushed against it or turned the knob. Your magic had kicked in, sealing the doorway off until you had cooled down. You were left in your room all day, your brother had gotten on that train without a goodbye from you. Three years later you were greeted by the same professor that had announced your brother was magical. You too were a wizard and was accepted at hogwarts. You were excited, stole your brother's first year books so that you could learn everything there was to hogwarts before you went. You were sorted into ravenclaw, your siblings were in hufflepuff. As much as you loved your siblings, you knew straight away ravenclaw was where you were meant to be.

being in ravenclaw meant you were smarter than the other houses but sometimes even an eagle's brain got things wrong. And oh how yours had. You were in your second year, the night of the full moon. You had only started learning about werewolves, despite the stuff you knew from the muggle lore. It was the night of the full moon during Christmas break. You were attacked outside your home. A bite mark now mars your upper thigh. Your parents immediately packed up and moved away from any forest like areas, deciding to go further into the city. Though they would move back near a forest when they realised what you had become. The werewolf made you more angrier than normal, the professors noticed when you went back to school after your Christmas holidays and told you to find an outlet for that anger, you decided to try out for quidditch, finding it did help and have been on the team since.

besides your second year, nothing else exciting or traumatic had happened. You had a hard time adjusting to being a werewolf at first though by third year you had accepted and gotten used to shifting each month. Quidditch was still helping with the anger and your grades was near the top of the class. You were finally settling down and enjoying life. You were made prefect in your fifth year, something you had definitely not been expecting. Your owls also came in your fifth year, you done as well as you could though disappointed yourself when you received a few E grades. Still you didnt fail any classes. Careers day hadn't been any help either, you had no idea what you wanted to do. You liked the idea of being a healer and helping those whom had been bitten or injured by creatures but at the same time you liked the idea of becoming a professional quidditch player. You figured you had two years of school to decide still.

the start of sixth year was hard. lessons were exhausting though the thought of dropping subjects never crossed your mind. On top of lessons, three classes offered to teach sixth years how to preform none verbal magic. Much like your fellow ravenclaws you were able to get the hang of it quicker than the other houses. Soon you found yourself practicing non verbal magic just about anywhere: in class, in your free time, during patrols. You saw it as a challenge to master the ability before any of your fellow classmates.

seventh year, your final year. You still have not decided what to do after hogwarts though you figure you would choose when you complete your newts and get the results of the exams. You received yet another surprise, this time you got the head boy badge with your yearly letter. You didnt think you deserved the honor of being head boy, nor did you think you had done anything spectacular to earn it. But you accepted it regardless. Now you've started your last year and you hope that not only can you win the house cup, but the quidditch cup and figure out what you want to do. You want it all.
